Due to personal care nature of our products and hygiene reasons we do not accept any returns once the product has been delivered to the customer. 

Can I cancel my order?

Please write to us on info@barenecessities.in to request a cancellation of your order within 24hours of placing the order. If the order has not been dispatched, we will try our best to cancel your order and process a complete refund, however, once the order has been dispatched from our end we do not guarantee that the cancellation request would be fulfilled. 

I want my items to be replaced.

Due to personal care nature of our products and hygiene reasons we do not accept any returns and replacement requests for products. However, if you have received a damaged or a defective item, please raise a request within 10 days of receiving the order by emailing us on info@barenecessities.in and sending across relevant images of the items. We will resolve your issue in the best possible way.

Subscribe your favourite Bare products by placing the order just once and getting them delivered to your doorstep at your desired frequency. 

Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime free of charge after second recurring order. A small cancellation fee is levied if the subscription orders are cancelled before the second recurring order.
