STEP 1: TWIST

Twist the base gently all the way to the left until you can't twist any further. Then rotate right once till 90° .

STEP 2: PINCH + PULL

Put your fingers inside the gap, pinch the buttons and pull the base gently down.

STEP 3: REPLACE

Pull the old refill out and insert the new refill till you hear a click!
