You will receive an email soon after we dispatch your order with the tracking details. If you did not receive one, write to email@example.com to know your order status.
Can I cancel my order?
Please write to us on firstname.lastname@example.org to request a cancellation of your order within 24hours of placing the order. If the order has not been dispatched, we will try our best to cancel your order and process a complete refund, however, once the order has been dispatched from our end we do not guarantee that the cancellation request would be fulfilled.
Can I pay using cash upon delivery ?
Due to current circumstances, we have temporarily disabled CoD option on our platform.
I want my items to be replaced.
Due to personal care nature of our products and hygiene reasons we do not accept any returns and replacement requests for products. However, if you have received a damaged or a defective item, please raise a request within 10 days of receiving the order by emailing us on email@example.com and sending across relevant images of the items. We will resolve your issue in the best possible way.

We currently ship our lifestyle products internationally to selected countries listed below! As much as we want to get you going ASAP, it takes 7-10 business days to cross oceans.

Can I request a return for my order?

How do subscriptions work?
Subscribe your favourite Bare products by placing the order just once and getting them delivered to your doorstep at your desired frequency.
Based on the frequency you select and your preferred payment method, your card is auto-charged on the next delivery date and the order is placed automatically. The product is dispatched from our end within 24hours and is delivered to your preferred shipping address within 3-5 working days.
Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime free of charge after second recurring order. A small cancellation fee is levied if the subscription orders are cancelled before the second recurring order.
How soon will I receive my order?
We usually curate your Bare Box by hand within 24 hours of receiving your order. It'll take only 3-5 business days to get to your doorstep.
Do all my Bare Goodies within 1 order arrive in one Bare Box?
Hell yeah! It's all about decreasing our footprint as much as possible, through packaging, logistics and what's in the box!
