When someone joins our manufacturing team, they join a community. Each new team member is trained by someone who came before them, creating a beautiful chain of skill sharing and support. It’s not just about learning how to make our products, but about trust and building each other up.

Meet Our Makers 

Once a chemistry lab assistant at a school in Bangalore, Bhuvana made a seamless transition into our production team. With her background and passion for learning, she quickly found her calling and we’re so proud to have witnessed her journey of growth and transformation. She’s responsible for making our shampoo and conditioner bars and our powder to liquid range of home care soaps

Introduced to us by Bhuvana, Saraniya came from a background in telecalling. Today, she’s a key part of our production process. She effortlessly whips up several batches of our moisturisers, lip balms and deodorants. 

With the encouragement of her teammates, her son, who is autistic, now attends Sophia Special Education School. Her story is a reminder that an inclusive workplace can create ripples of impact.  

This dynamic duo runs the show behind the scenes. Jointly they pack orders and ensure every shipment is perfect. Leena, particularly, inspires us daily. After recovering from a severe brain condition, she returned to work stronger than ever. Both their precision and dedication mean we see little to no complaints when it comes to order fulfilment.
