Over the years, we have noticed folks gradually move on from single use plastic bottles, cups, cutlery and bags to investing in reusable water bottles, reusable coffee cups, reusable cutlery and reusable bags. We have noticed spaces like the kitchen become increasingly sustainable.

When it comes to the bathroom, though, single use plastics rules the roost, dominating bathroom shelves and products.

At Bare Necessities, we have created zero waste, earth friendly alternatives to conventionally toxin formulated personal care products. Our spa bars, shampoo bars, conditioner bars, moisturisers, tooth powders are completely zero waste! 

There was one product missing from this list - deodorant! 

Similar to all our previous products, we wanted to develop a product that is earth friendly, bereft of single use plastic packaging and doesn’t use unnecessary ingredients. Our simple, effective formulas are easy for anyone to understand.

It’s got Arrowroot, the perfect absorbent agent. It’s perfect for all skin types and is particularly gentle on sensitive skin.

And then there’s coconut oil, famous for its moisturising and antibacterial properties. It’s soothing to the skin and will kick odour to the curb. The concoction becomes luxurious with a touch of Cocoa Seed Butter that moisturises your skin, making it as smooth as a guitar riff :). Dance through the day to the pleasant scents of Sweet Orange, Mandarin and Lemongrass. 

Now, let’s take a stroll down to the Garden of Eden, a deodorant designed to make you feel serene. Arrowroot and coconut oil make an entrance here again, curbing moisture and sweat, while forming a protective barrier for the skin.

Apricot oil and sweet almond oil combine to maintain the skin’s moisture balance, while promoting overall skin health.
