Selfcare For The Planet & For Ourselves, DIY Coffee Body Scrub
Our Co-Founder, Mehul Manjeshwar, led a high-energy, hands-on session with the team at Younion to bridge the gap between skincare and environment. The hands-on workshop highlighted a critical dialogue on the “hidden” cost of our skincare routines.
The participants were educated about how what we put on our skin is intrinsically linked to environmental pollution. From the synthetic toxins that wash down our drains to the massive carbon footprint of plastic-heavy packaging, commercial beauty is often a climate disaster in a bottle.
As part of the workshop, the participants crafted their own natural, coffee body scrubs, discovering how to bypass the complex, wasteful systems of mass consumption and contemporary endless skincare trends.
Sustainable Leadership, DIY Vision Board From Scratch
Meanwhile, our Founder, Sahar Mansoor, led a powerful session for the women of KRAFTON India on how to build sustainable leadership within us which works for all: people, planet & profit. In a world that often demands "more, faster, louder," Sahar pivoted the conversation towards leading in a way that sustains our community and the environment.
The highlight was a DIY Vision Board workshop. Watching these leaders build their visions from scratch was a masterclass in intentionality. While it was also about the participant’s professional goals, it was also about what you’re building and why it matters for our collective future.

We mix our workshops with hands-on activities because sustainability should also feel like a craft. Whether it's a vision board or a natural scrub activity, the act of "making" anchors the learning. It proves that a low-waste lifestyle is not only possible but also rewarding.
