Second, if you'd like a different style of packaging than what's shown, simply email us at info@barenecessities.in or drop us a whatsapp and we'll sort it out. That said our pre-curated hampers are thoughtfully put together to cover what most people are looking for — they're a great starting point.

How far in advance should I place a bulk order?

We recommend at least 7-10 days for standard bulk orders and 2-3 weeks for peak gifting seasons like Diwali, Christmas and New Year to ensure smooth delivery and avoid stockouts.

Can I add a personalised message?

Yes — two options depending on your order. For orders of 25 or more units our bulk gifting tool activates occasion-specific postcard options — Diwali, Eid, Christmas, New Year, birthdays, weddings, employee appreciation and more — that you can select during checkout. For smaller individual orders simply let us know your message via email at info@barenecessities.in or WhatsApp and we'll include a handwritten note.

What's the shelf life of the products?

All products have a minimum shelf life of 12 months from manufacture. Exact shelf life varies by product and is printed on each item.

Do you deliver pan India?

Yes — we deliver across India for both individual and bulk orders.

What is your return policy on gift hampers?

Due to the personal care nature of our products and hygiene reasons we're unable to accept returns on opened hampers. If a hamper arrives damaged please email info@barenecessities.in with photos within 48 hours of receipt and we'll make it right.
