Sustainable Self Care for Men using Bare Goodies
Self care often gets pigeon holed into being predominantly for women alone. Is it for women alone though? No wayyy! It’s essentially for everyone!
Case in point, the Bare team. We are largely a women led and women run organisation and would like to believe that we’ve positively influenced the men in our team. Our Chief of Marketing, Mehul now uses lip balm and our Chief Financial Officer, Anand uses moisturiser! [although its used eerily similar to a shaving cream :)]
For men, taking time to spend on your mental and physical well being can totally improve your confidence, reduce your stress, all while your skin glows! Life now is super fast paced and carving some time out for yourself can be so vital.
Beyond products, we’ve learnt the importance of physical health from Mehul and the positive impact of having a hobby from Anand. The benefits of sound physical and mental health are umpteen! Taking a break from all the everyday madness helps one recharge, resulting in better focus and productivity.
And to help in the self care department, we’ve brought you boys a simple self care routine! It’s super straightforward and can be practised by anyone!
Morning Routine:
1. Cleanse with a spa bar:

Evening Routine:
