What do you do in your position?
I have had diverse positions at Bare Necessities ; from making the the products in my kitchen (in the early days), shipping them out, to cleaning my mum's kitchen in the aftermath, working with stores to retail our products, to spending my weekends at pop-up markets, conducting trash talks and DIY workshops, and coding the website at nights. Today at Bare Necessities, I ideate on new projects and initiatives to make our work more inclusive, consult on zero waste and sustainability projects and work on developing our overall mission alongside this amazing team!

What do you do in your position?
I currently oversee Operations, Finance, and Marketing as Bare Necessities scales across new markets. Leveraging prior startup experience, I focus on driving operational efficiency, managing financial planning and resource allocation, and executing strategic marketing initiatives to support growth. From streamlining supply chains to optimizing unit economics and customer engagement, my role is centered on building a resilient and agile business foundation.
What’s your favorite Bare products?
Pack of Spa Bars (4 different wonderful fragrances) - This has to be my favorite Bare product because of the creativity that goes into creating the various soaps. The smells are amazing and unique, completely different to soaps you’ll ever find elsewhere.
