What do you do in your position?
I have had diverse positions at Bare Necessities ; from making the the products in my kitchen (in the early days), shipping them out, to cleaning my mum's kitchen in the aftermath, working with stores to retail our products, to spending my weekends at pop-up markets, conducting trash talks and DIY workshops, and coding the website at nights. Today at Bare Necessities, I ideate on new projects and initiatives to make our work more inclusive, consult on zero waste and sustainability projects and work on developing our overall mission alongside this amazing team!

That’s a tough one! Going to cheat and say our Bare Necessities Zero Waste Starter Kit, because it’s got everything you need to start transition to low impact living!

What do you do in your position?
I currently oversee Operations, Finance, and Marketing as Bare Necessities scales across new markets. Leveraging prior startup experience, I focus on driving operational efficiency, managing financial planning and resource allocation, and executing strategic marketing initiatives to support growth. From streamlining supply chains to optimizing unit economics and customer engagement, my role is centered on building a resilient and agile business foundation.
What’s your favorite Bare products?
Pack of Spa Bars (4 different wonderful fragrances) - This has to be my favorite Bare product because of the creativity that goes into creating the various soaps. The smells are amazing and unique, completely different to soaps you’ll ever find elsewhere.

My favorite product is the Rhassoul Dazzle Spa Bar because not only does it smell divine, it works its wonder on my acne-prone skin and knowing that I am putting only pure elements on my skin is very reassuring.

Hi! I am the Marketplace Associate and I make sure our brand shines on Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces! A problem-solver by nature, I am always on the lookout for ways to grow our online presence and sales on these platforms.
